If you have a Wi-Fi

enabled BlackBerry device, your BlackBerry device may be operated on Wi-Fi
networks in all European Union member countries. When operated in France, this equipment uses non
harmonized frequency bands. This equipment may be operated in Turkey.
If you have a Wi-Fi enabled BlackBerry device, in France, outdoor operation of a wireless device is only
permitted using the 2.4 to 2.454 GHz frequency band. The BlackBerry device only operates in
infrastructure mode and as a result, will not transmit in the 2.4 to 2.45 GHz frequency band other than to
communicate with a wireless access point.
