Basic settings
1. Mark on the top line of the “Settings” menu. Press
OK
.
The sub-menu for audio/video settings will appear. ✔
Activating/deactivating the security code
1. If you would like to activate or deactivate the security code for the TravelPilot
DX-V, select “Security code”. Press
OK
.
A menu in which you must enter the code number will appear. ✔
2. Mark the first digit in the code number. Press
OK
.
Repeat for the remaining digits in the code number. Then mark “OK” and
press
OK
.
If you have entered and confirmed an incorrect code by mistake, you will not
be able to repeat your entry until a waiting period has elapsed. During this
period, the TravelPilot DX-V must remain switched on. “SAFE” will appear in
the input field.
Switching the operating introduction on/off
1. If you would like to switch the TravelPilot DX-V operating introduction on or
off, select “Operations info”. Press
OK
.
The operating introduction is active if it is marked by a checkmark. ✔
