PROBLEM
Washer fills and
drains without

POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
I
Cycle control knob is not
pointing to a number in the
cycle.
Drain hose is lower than the
water level in the washer.
Set cycle control knob on correct
number in the cycle.
Adjust drain hose so that it is higher
than the water level in the washer.
