Drilling template
^
Place the template on the lower edge
of the rear of the door panel.
There are four short parallel marks in all
four corners of the template.
^
Align the template using these marks
as your guide.
Example:
On a 594 mm wide panel, the 2nd
marking from the centre must line up
with the left and right hand outer edge
of the door panel.
^
Secure the template in position using
adhesive tape.
There are various ways of fixing the
panel in position.
Option 1:
^
Drill all the fixing holes for the inner
door panel to the specified depth.
On chipboard fronts: inject silicone
sealant (supplied) into the (Ø 10 mm)
free holes.
^ Unscrew the lower screw on the
upper hinge on both the left and right
hand sides of the door (see
illustration).
^
Using the screws provided, screw the
front panel through drill holes 1 and 2
on the inner door panel (see
template) - do not overtighten!
^
Align the front panel.
^
Tighten the screws again.
^
Secure the front panel with the
remaining screws and hinge screws
provided.
