Washing has not been
spun sufficiently, there
is water left in the
drum.
Error code

appears.
Drain hose is kinked. Remove kink.
Drain hose to high.
Check installation
instructions.
Drain pump is blocked.
Switch off the machine
and pull the plug out of the
socket.
Carry out emergency empty-
ing (see Carrying out an
Emergency Emptying).
Clean the drain pump.
The water drainage system is
blocked.
Clean the blockage.
Door cannot be opened
when the machine is
switched off.
The door is locked due to
safety reasons (DOOR
indicator is off).
Wait until the DOOR
indicator is green.
Remnants of detergent
are building up in the
detergent dispenser
drawer.
Water tap is not fully open. Open the water tap fully.
The inlet hose filter in the
coupling of the inlet hose at
the tap is blocked.
Clean filter.
The inlet valve filter in the
coupling of the inlet hose at
the appliance is blocked..
Clean filter.
Rinse water is cloudy.
The cause is probably a
detergent with a high silicate
content.
No negative impact on the
rinsing results, possibly use
liquid detergent.
When pressing a pro-
gram option button the
corresponding display
does not light up
The program option selected
is not available with the pro-
gram set.
Make another selection.
