cleaningsolvents,kerosene,waxes,etc.Donot
storetheseitemsonornearthedryer.These
substancesgiveoffvaporsthatcouldigniteor
explode.
Donotplaceitemsexposedtocookingoilsin•
yourdryer.Itemscontaminatedwithcookingoils
maycontributetoachemicalreactionthatcould
cause a load to catch fire.
Donotdryarticlescontainingrubber,plastic•
orsimilarmaterialssuchasbras,galoshes,
bathmats,rugs,bibs,babypants,plasticbags
andpillowsthatmaymeltorburn.Somerub-
bermaterials,whenheated,canundercertain
circumstancesproducerebyspontaneous
combustion.
Cleanthelintscreenbeforeoraftereachload.•
Theinteriorofthedryer,lintscreenhousingand
exhaustductshouldbecleanedapproximately
every18monthsbyqualiedservicepersonnel.
Anexcessiveamountoflintbuild-upinthesear-
eascouldresultininefcientdryingandpossible
re.SeeCareandCleaning.
Donotobstructtheowofventilatingair.Donot•
stackorplacelaundryorthrowrugsagainstthe
frontorbackofthedryer.

PROTECT CHILDREN
Donotallowchildrentoplayonorinthedryer.•
Closesupervisionofchildrenisnecessarywhen
