The water does not
flow.
Error code
E10 ap-
pears. The SPIN (CEN-
TRIFUG.,
ESSORAGE) indicator
flashes.
The water supply tap is
closed.
Open the tap. Start the
programme again.
The filter in the water inlet
hose coupling is clogged.
Close the water tap.
Unscrew the hose from the
water supply tap, take out
the filter and rinse it under
the kitchen tap
The water supply tap is
blocked with limescale, or is
faulty.
Check the supply tap, have it
repaired if necessary.
The washing machine is
noisy, or vibrates in use.
The locking devices were not
removed.
Remove locking devices as
described in the Installation
and Connection instructions.
The adjustable feet are not
set to the correct height.
Set the feet as described
in the Installation and
Connection instructions.
There are very few items of
washing (for example, one
dressing gown) in the drum.
Operation is not affected.
The water could not be
pumped out completely be-
fore spinning, as there is
a kink in the outlet hose,
or detergent solution pump
is clogged.
Check the condition of the
outlet hose, and straighten
any kinks or folds, or clean
the detergent solution pump,
removing any foreign bodies
from the pump casing if re-
quired.
The detergent solution
in the main wash
foams excessively.
Too much detergent was
probably used.
Follow precisely the manu-
facturer's instructions on the
amount of detergent to use.
