Testing the Document Centre
Testing the Document Centre explains how to print a test page,
configuration report, view a font list, and install machine software
using the Maintenance pages. Maintenance allows you to view and
test the printing capabilities and install/update the ESS software of
the Document Centre. You can print a configuration report which
shows the network and Document Centre setup information. You
can print or display in your browser a PostScript and PCL font
listing that shows all the available fonts on the Document Centre.
Maintenance
The Maintenance Page provides options for testing printing
functions and inquiring about the fonts that are available on the
Document Centre. You can also install/upgrade the machine
software for the Document Centre from the Maintenance page.
Display a Font List
Displays the PostScript and PCL fonts that are available.
To display the font list:
1. Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the
Document Centre in the Address or Location field.
2. Click Maintenance tab or click Maintenance on the Home
Page.
