Phonebook Setup:
Group Dials
New ¾ Enter a Group number (1-400) using the Numeric
Keypad and press [Enter].
If a number is already stored in the location a
message displays. Enter a different Group Dial
number.
¾ The display asks you to enter a Speed Dial or One
Touch number. Enter the number you want to store
and press [Enter].
¾ Continue entering numbers until all members are
added. Press [Menu/Exit] when you have finished
entering numbers.
¾ To assign an ID to the Group enter it using the
Numeric Keypad then press [Enter].
If you do not require an ID leave it empty and press
[Enter].
Edit ¾ Enter the Group Dial number you want to edit and
press [Enter].
Delete ¾ Enter the Speed Dial or One Touch number you
want to delete and press [Enter].
¾ If the displayed number with "delete?" next to it is
correct press [Enter] again to remove it from the
group.
¾ Repeat until all chosen numbers are deleted.
¾ If at least one number remains edit the ID and
press [Enter].
¾ Press [Menu/Exit] when you have finished.
