Always perform vehicle s ervice in a properly ventilated area. Never run an engine
withoutproper ventilation for its exhaus t.
Stop the recycling process if you develop m omentary eye, nose, or throat irritation as
this indicates inadequate ventilation. Stop work and take neces sary steps to improve
ventilation in the work area.

WAR NING:
When under pres sure, refrigerants becom e liquid. When accidentally
released from the liquid state they evaporate and becom e gaseous. As they
evaporate,they can freeze or frostbite tiss ue very rapidly. When these gases
are breathed, the lungs can be seriously damaged. If sufficient quantities are
taken into the lungs, death can result. If you believe you have exposed your lungs to
released refrigerant, seek immediate medical as sis tance.
Refrigerants can cause fros tbite and s evere burns to expos ed skin. Refrigerants are
under pres sure and can be forcibly sprayed in all directions ifcarelesslyhandled. Avoid
contact with refrigerants and always wear hand coverings and m ake certain other
exposed s kin is properly covered.

E XP LOSI ON/FLAME HAZARDS
WAR NING:
Never recover anything other than the approved refrigerants as specified on
the VR-6000. Alternate refrigerants may contain flamm ables such as butane
or propane and can explode or caus e a fire. Recovering alternate refrigerants
will also void the warrantyon your VIPER VR-6000.
For general safetyreasons, atthe end ofthe working dayor in between services (when
services do not immediately follow), s ee to it that all valves on hoses and tanks are
closed.
