Replacing the internal battery
Replace the battery in the procedure described below, while refer-
ring to “Before starting operation” on page 48:
1 Write down the system configuration information.
2 Shut down and switch off your server.
3 Unplug the power cable.
NOTE: Don't replace the battery when your server is on, oth-
erwise your server or the internal battery could be damaged.
4 Remove the server panels.

5 Remove the power supply unit.
See “Power Supply Unit” on page 69
6 Remove four screws and the board for the wireless card.
