QWERTY Action
QWERTY Action
allows you to open the TXT Msg composer,
Contact search or notepad directly by entering characters into the
landscape Home screen.
Note:
To use Quick Search in landscape mode, set QWERTY Action to Off.
1. From the Home screen, touch

3. Touch the desired option.

This feature is only available on the Verizon Wireless network.
The Location Global Positioning Service (GPS) setting identifies
your location to the network. You can fully enable this setting or
set GPS to work only in the case that you dial 911 from your
Rogue™.

2. Touch 5. Location. The following options appear in the
display:
•Location
On
: GPS location setting is on wherever the feature is
available.
• E911
Only
: GPS location setting is on whenever you dial 911 only.
3. Touch the desired option.
Current Country
The

Country
menu allows you to select your current
location.
1. From the Home screen, touch

7. Phone Settings

2. Touch 6. Current Country.
3. If your current location is not highlighted, touch and drag
the
Accelerator
Tab to the letter range corresponding to the
first letter of the country’s name.
4. Touch the country’s name.
