Telephone Directory with Alpha-Search!
(selecting a station name in the directory)
The station names stored in memory are automatically registered in the electronic telephone
directory in alphabetical order. You can make a fax or voice call by selecting the desired station
name on the display.
If you wish to send a fax, insert the documents first.

Press the dial key to which the first letter of
the station name is assigned (see the index
table below).
Example: To search for a name starting
with “N”:
Press until the first station
name starting with “N” is
displayed. Press until the
desired name is displayed.
OR
Press or repeatedly until the
desired name is displayed.

Press .

The unit will start dialling.
●
If a document is fed into the unit, the unit
will start transmission.
