• The unit has not been switched on
• The AC/DC adapter has not been connected
• The rechargeable battery pack is not installed

• Battery power is too low. Recharge the battery,
put it back on the charging base
• The baby unit may not be transmitting
• The units are not paired

on the baby unit
• The unit has not been switched on
• The AC/DC adapter has not been connected
• The volume level is at the lowest setting. Adjust
the volume switch
• The units are not paired
Feedback (screeching, static) • The baby unit and parent unit are too close
together
• The volume on the parent unit is set too high
Reception Interference (static) • The baby unit and parent unit are too far apart
• The battery power is too low
• Other electronic devices are interfering with the
signal
• The baby unit and parent unit are placed near
too many metal objects
The rechargeable battery in the
parent unit will not charge
• The power adapters are not connected
• The charging contacts are dirty
• The parent unit is not docked properly
