Setting vibrate mode
You can set the phone to vibrate or to vibrate and then ring when you
receive an incoming call.
1. Select jÉåì → pÉííáåÖë → pçìåÇë → `~ää=oáåÖLsáÄÉ.
2. Select oáåÖ=çåäóI=sáÄê~íÉ=çåäóI or sáÄê~íÉ=íÜÉå=êáåÖK
Silencing all sounds
There is a quick and easy way to silence all sounds (including alert beeps,
rings, and keypress beeps) and to set your phone to vibrate for incoming
calls, alerts, and menu navigation.
• From the home screen, press right and hold. Notice that a
appears on the screen, indicating the phone has silenced all sounds.
Specifying just vibration
1. Select jÉåì → pÉííáåÖë → páäÉåÅÉ=^ää.
2. Select vÉëI=îáÄÉ=çåäóK
3. Press to save your selection.
Note: The phone will ring when it is attached to an external power source
(such as a charger), even if the Silence All setting is selected.
