NOTE: The two (2) support assemblies may be posi-
tioned at different depths depending on the need of the
user.
2. Insert front socket bolt into wheelchair frame and
mounting hole in the telescoping front rigging sup-
port determined in STEP 1 and securely tighten with
the locknut.
3. Insert the rear socket bolt through the wheelchair
frame and the telescoping front rigging support and
securely tighten with the locknut.
4. Resecure the front H-block to the wheelchair with the
phillips bolt and locknut.
5. If necessary, resecure the battery charger con-
nector bracket to the wheelchair with the two (2)
hex bolts and locknuts.
6. Snap crossbraces into H-blocks. Wiggle crossbraces
to make sure they are secured in the H-blocks.
Replacing
NOTE: Observe the position of the current telescoping
front rigging support before removal to ensure correct
position of new support assembly.
1. Remove the existing telescoping front rigging sup-
port from the wheelchair.
2. Install the new telescoping front rigging support into
the wheelchair.
3. Adjust the telescoping front rigging support. Refer to
ADJUSTING TELESCOPING FRONT RIGGING
SUPPORT in this procedure of the manual.
ADJUSTING FLIP-UP REMOVABLE
FOOTBOARD (FIGURE 4)
Depth
1. Press in on the push pins on the two (2) footboard pivot
assemblies.
2. Move flip-up footboard to one (1) of three (3) positions.
WARNING
Make sure push pins are fully protruding through
the adjustment holes BEFORE using the wheelchair,
otherwise injury or damage can occur.
3. Make sure the push pins are completely released.
Angle
1. If necessary, loosen but do not remove the four (4)
flat bolts that secure flip-up footboard to the two (2)
support tubes.
2. Adjust flip-up footboard to desired angle for the user.
3. While holding the flip-up footboard in place, tighten the
four (4) flat bolts securely.
ADJUSTING CAPTAIN'S SEAT

Low Back Captain's Seats
1. Lift up on the release handle and move the back to the
desired position.
High Back Captain's Seats
