• Insert six #8 x ¾ " screws into the front bumper and tighten.
• Fit the grill onto the front number.
• Insert two black #8 x ¾ " screws into the grill and tighten.

• Fit a ⅜ "-16 lock nut, rounded side out, onto the front axle.
IMPORTANT! Tighten the lock nut firmly with the closed end of
the assembly tool.
• Test to be sure the front wheel moves freely on the front axle.
Turn the front wheel.
• If the front wheel does not move freely, loosen the lock nut
¼ turn and test again. Repeat this procedure as necessary.
• Repeat steps 4-6 to assemble the other washer, bushing,
front wheel and wheel cover with the remaining ⅜ "-16 lock
nut on the other side of the vehicle.

• Align the slot in a hubcap with the rib in the wheel cover.
“Snap” a hubcap into the center of each wheel cover.
• Turn the vehicle upright.
