Assembly
• Turn the vehicle body upright.
• Face the front end of the vehicle.
• Fit the grille to the front end of the vehicle.
• Insert four #8 x

" screws through the grille and into the
front end of the vehicle. Tighten the screws with a
Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
Grille
• Slide a rectangular bushing (with round opening), onto
the front axle and into the rectangular indent in the front
wheel.
• Fit a .354 cap nut on the end of a front axle.
• Cover the cap nut with the assembly tool and tap it with
a hammer until the cap nut is secure on the front axle.
• Remove the assembly tool. Pull on the cap nut to be
sure it is secure on the front axle.
• Repeat assembly steps 22 -24 to assemble the other
front wheel, rectangular bushing (with round opening)
and a .354 cap nut to the other front axle.

• Turn the vehicle body over so that the bottom faces you.
• Insert two #8 x

" screws through the grille and into the
vehicle body. Tighten the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
Hint: You may need to turn the front wheels (one at a
time) to be able to insert and tighten the screws.
