SYSTEM SUMMARY
1-The two switch fabric modules in the FastIron SX 800 and FastIron SX 1600 operate in a load-sharing fashion. Upon failure of one of the switch modules, some system capacity
will be lost. In this event, some trafc ows may experience reduced capacity through the remaining operational switch fabric during periods of high trafc loading.
2-FastIron SuperX 1000BaseT modules are eld-upgradeable to PoE with a PoE daughter card.
3 -Computation is based on the 2500W, 220 VAC PoE power supply.
