Problem Solution
Jack will not raise the Lift Arm when pumping
the Foot Pedal.
Bleed the Hydraulic Jack of excess air.1.
Valve Release Lever is in Position D. Move 2.
the Lever to any other position making sure it
isn’t stuck in the open position.
Purge air from the hydraulic system. 3.
Make sure there is adequate hydraulic uid in 4.
the oil reservoir.
Take the Hydraulic Jack to a qualied shop for 5.
inspection and repair.
Wheels make noise when rolling the Jack or
raising the Lift Arm.
Use grease gun to grease all Zerk Fittings 1.
(4.3, 5.5, 7.10).
