we need to do a short cool wash ( 30 ) mins approx...

we need to do a short cool wash ( 30 ) mins approx then a reasonable spin to save massive creasing problems and to not use the dryer. when using the dryer its on for nearly 3 hrs what settings in easy language do we use please
