CHILD LOCK
Prevents children from playing with your dryer.
Setting/Releasing
If you want to set or release the Child Lock, press the Temp. and Time buttons simultaneously
for 3 seconds.
Child Lock Details
- You can turn Child Lock on while your dryer is running.
- Once you turn Child Lock on, no button, except for the Power button, will respond until you
turn o the Child Lock function.
- The Child Lock indicator will be lit.
If you have not turnd o Child Lock, and then turned the dryer o and on, the Child Lock
function will still be on. To turn o Child Lock, follow the instructions above.
When other buttons, except for the Power button, do not respond, check the Child Lock
indicator. If Child Lock is on, follow the instructions above to turn Child Lock o.
DRUM LIGHT (DV456* ONLY)
Lights the dryer drum while the dryer is running.
Turning On and O
Press and hold the Wrinkle Prevent button for 3 seconds or more.
You can turn the Drum Light on and o while your dryer is running and when it is
stopped. If you do not turn the Drum Light o 5 minutes after turning it on, the Drum Light
automatically turns o.
SIGNAL
The Sound O function can be selected during all courses.
Activating
If you want to activate the Sound O function, press the Dry Level and Temp. buttons at the
same time for 3 seconds. The “Sound O” will be lit when this feature is activated.
Deactivating
If you want to deactivate the Sound O function, press the Dry Level and Temp. buttons at the
same time for 3 seconds again.
When this function is selected, sound is turned o for all courses.
Even if the power is turned on and o repeatedly, the setting is retained.
