changing your unit code
limited 90-day warranty
You only need to change the unit code of the first
rocker key. The other two rocker keys default to the
next highest number after you set the first rocker
key. For example, if you set the first rocker key to
4, the other two rocker keys default to 5 and 6,
respectively.
To set the unit code on the first rocker key, hold
down OFF for about three seconds and release
it. The LED blinks to indicate the current setting,
one time for unit code 1, two times for unit
code 2, and three times for unit code 3.
Press OFF the appropriate
number of times to
correspond with the
desired setting. For
example, press four for
unit code 4, five times for
unit code 5, and so on.
Hold down OFF for three
seconds on your last press.
The LED blinks the new
unit code. If it does not,
repeat the programming
sequence.
THE FCC WANTS YOU TO KNOW
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with
the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15
of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates, uses,

and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications.

which can be determined by turning the equipment off and

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

requires that you stop using your wall switch.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved
by RadioShack may cause interference and void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Press ON or OFF to control the lamps and appliances
that correspond to your module’s unit codes.
To brighten or dim your lights, press the rocker key
that corresponds to the module’s unit code, and then
press the last rocker key (BRIGHT/DIM).
Caution: Do not use your wall switch with an unattended
coffee pot or heater. This may cause a serious fire hazard.

The wall switch is preset to house code A. The
first three rocker keys on your wall switch are
preset to control modules that are set to unit
codes 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The last one
brightens or dims lights connected to lamp and
wall switch modules.
Hold down the first ON rocker key for about
three seconds and release it. The LED blinks
to indicate the current setting - once for
house code A, twice for house code B, and
three times for house code C.
Press ON the appropriate number of times
to correspond with the
desired setting. For
example, press once for
setting A, twice for setting
B, and so on.
Hold down ON for three
seconds on your last
press. The LED blinks the
new house code setting.
If it does not, repeat the
programming sequence.
