General problems
Problem Possible cause Remedy
The machine shakes
during the spin cycle.
The machine feet are
not level.
Level the machine (see
"Installation and
connection").
The laundry has not
been spun properly and
is still wet.
The machine detected
an imbalance during
the final spin and
reduced the spin
speed automatically.
Include both large and
small items in the load as
this will give better
distribution during spinning.
The pump makes
strange noises.
This is not a fault.
These noises occur at the end of a pump sequence
as a normal part of the operation.
Noises while steam is
being generated.
This is not a fault.
These noises occur when steam is being generated
and when steam is being injected into the drum.
Steam comes out of the
detergent dispenser
drawer while steam is
being generated.
This is not a fault.
Some steam may emerge from the detergent
dispenser drawer, depending on the amount of
laundry and the ambient temperature.
