The display goes out
while a wash pro-
gramme is running.
A power failure has occurred.
For reasons related to safety,
the filling door will remain
locked for approx. 4 minutes.
As soon as the power failure
is over the wash programme
will continue.
If you wish to remove the
washing: If water is visible in
the viewing window, first
carry out an emergency
emptying procedure (see sec-
tion “Carrying out an emer-
gency emptying procedure”).
After approx. 4 minutes the
door can be opened.
Detergent residues are
accumulating in the
detergent drawer.
The tap is not fully open. Turn the tap on fully.
The filter in the threaded in-
let hose fitting is clogged at
the tap or at the washing
machine.
Close the tap. Unscrew the
inlet hose from the tap and
from the machine. Clean the
filter.
The rinse water is
cloudy.
The probable cause is a de-
tergent with a high silicate
content.
No negative impact on the
rinse result; try using a liquid
detergent.
The background illumi-
nation of the display
has gone out even
though the appliance is
switched on.
The washing machine is in
stand-by mode.
Press any of the buttons.
Water is not entering
the appliance. ATTEN-
TION CD 1 / PLEASE
OPEN THE TAP is show-
ing in the display.
The tap is closed. Open the tap.
The filter in the threaded in-
let hose fitting is clogged.
Close the tap. Unscrew the
hose from the tap, take out
the filter and wash it under
running water.
The tap is furred with limes-
cale or faulty.
Check the tap and have it re-
paired if necessary.
The washing machine
drain pump runs con-
tinuously - even when
the appliance is
switched off.
The Aqua Control anti-flood
system is in operation.
Close the tap, remove the
mains plug from the socket
and contact Service Force.
