Question About Zanussi Washer/Dryer ZWD 12270 W
ZANUSSI ZWD 12270W stops...

Hi there, when we put a wash on 40 degrees for 1hr 25 mins, the machine stops when the clock shows 50mins is left, the fabric softener is still in the tray where we put it in. No error message is displayed. Please can you advise of any help as we brought the machine brand new just over 2 and a half years ago. Many thanks
