Question About Zanussi Washer/Dryer ZWD 1272 W
Zanussi Electrolux washer dryer zwd 1272...

For some reason the fabric conditioner is no longer being pumped into the machine and remains at the same level? i have taken the draw out and given it a good clean - what should i do next ? Many thanks

5 Remove the drawer, then get down on your knees so you can look up at the top of the compartment where the drawer is located and you'll see some black gunge over the water-entry holes - they are almost certainly totally blocked as a result. I used an old washing up brush to poke upwards into these holes (rinsing it in the sink often to get rid of the accumulated gunge). Once you've got rid of the black gunge, restore the drawer and you'll find the fabric conditioner is now being washed through as normal.
