My washing machine displays a picture of either a lock or a washing machine (not certain which it is) and 0:00 and beeps but nothing else happens. The machine was turned on and displayed 0:01. It ran through the rest of the cycle and beeped as normal. It was then turned off and back on and reloaded and that's when the problem started. Every button I press does nothing and the machine beeps and flashes the sign. The model is an Essential ZWD12270W1. Can you help?
