I took out the pump to to inspect it and make sure there were no obstacle or anything on it as the manual advises, I cleaned it and screwed it back in firmly as it was before, closed the emergency emptying cap as well of course, did everything like the manual said, yet there is now water coming out, I can't possibly tighten it anymore so why is it leaking??.
