I have a Zanussi WJD1257W which works fine except ...

I have a Zanussi WJD1257W which works fine except the drying cycle, after a short period of about 5-10 mins the drying cycle finishes but the contents of the machine are still damp and cold, there are no error codes accompanied with this. Any information on possible faults?
