HI our zanussi washing machine zwf1012w does not...

HI our zanussi washing machine zwf1012w does not drain our clothes properly after washes. the clothes come out dripping wet every time. Have tried every setting including the drain setting and nothing seems to work. i have to ring out every item of water after each wash. any ideas what the problem might be? thanks
