Machine has stopped half way through cycle at the point when it would normally start rinse cycle. Display says E20, which I assume is an error message but do not have the user manual to look this up. All attempts to drain water from machine have failed, other than manually draining from valve at front of machine. If anyone can tell me how to empty machine and what error message means I would be very grateful!!
