Question About Zanussi Washer ZWG1140M
my machine first stated error code E61 - apparentl...

my machine first stated error code E61 - apparently this is something to do with a fault connected to heating/temperature, then after 10/15mins switched to code E21 - usually signifies a problem with drainage ie a blocked filter - checked filter and found nothing bloking, everything seems to be clear, is there any way to reset the electric components of the machine to the original factory settings, or a way to solve this problem without resetting?

5 Zanssi products were recalled in 2002. These machines are sensitive to fibers like hair , ink which will make that code appear. Usually resetung the washer doesn't resolve the issue. Have your filters removed and replaced with a new one. Your washer drainage may not be be clogged but it may be sensitive to certain microfibers which has now caused your washer to fail.
