Hi XXXXXX, Firstly you will need to drain the water from the machine by syphoning the water from the drum.To do this get the drain pipe and lower it close to the ground over a bucket or even better a drain outlet. Once it is empty you can then clean out the filter unit which is usually behind a small square door in the machine panel at the bottom right hand corner. They just unscrew as a rule. After your satisfied the filter housing is clear you can then examine the pump and sump hoses internally, but at this point you will need to ISOLATE THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY . Remove the back panel and find pump which is at the end of the drain hose, with some assistance you can remove these pipes and check for blockages etc. Warn your assistant who is holding the machine at the tilted angle to be careful it does not slip. Once the blockages are located and removed your machine should work fine again. Please note that you may have to disconnect the fill hose/s before attempting this reply if they are short .Good luck regards David.
