0 Thank you for your inquiry, house.4! Based off the information you have provided your White-Westinghouse washer is not draining. I would check to make sure the drain lines are not kinked or restricted that could cause water to not drain. Additionally, if your drain pump is clogged or faulty that could cause your washer to not drain. I would recommend checking the lines and if they are clear you may want to have a professional come out to provide a proper diagnosis. Hopefully this is helpful. –OOS
