I have a new washing machine made in Europe. It is 240v front loading. When I turn it on, it works but seems to be intermittantly .It has a strange noise and jumps a little while in operation. Can you help me determine if this is simply a bad connection somewhere, or is one of the controls bad? I am pretty sure this is an electrical problem, thank you
