draining water...

I have a space mates stacking washer/dryer. The water won't drain. Help!

0 my sisters wont drain either!

0 Repair man said washer was 15 years old and the motor was gone. They don't make parts for this model anymore so have to purchase a new one. He did drain it somehow through the back of the machine.
