0 Hello Robert Mensforth, thank you for your post! From what you have described your White-Westinghouse drum is loose and does not spin. It sounds like you could have a possible issue with your rear bearings or motor. In order to pinpoint the cause of your problem you would need to disassemble your washer and examine each component.
