Dear Sir/Madam, My combo unit filled up. I am not sure if it agitated, but it will not drain. I tried moving the knob to different settings, and all it does is hum. I put it to agitate and manually moved the agitator with my hand and it appeared stuck, but started. I was hoping it would continue the cycle and drain, but it didn't. Now I can't get it to do anything but hum. Do you have any ideas what I need to fix, and if so, are there any diagrams on how it disassemble this combo and get to the part?
