I have a Whirlpool LTE5243DQ3 and the dryer is not...

I have a Whirlpool LTE5243DQ3 and the dryer is not getting hot. I have checked the vent pipe for obstructions and it is clear. I tested across the thermal switch and it is in the closed position. (I think)
