I'm a house cleaner (someone who performs deep cleaning and laundry for clients). They have a Whirlpool duet Front-Load Washer. E1/F9 error codes appear on the digital panel. We've checked the drain hose as well as the hot and cold water connections, everything is functioning properly. What could be the problem?
