Question About Whirlpool Clothes Dryer GEW9250PW0
whirlpool duet sport dryer wont stop heating even with dryer not running...

the dryer was shut off in the evening and in the morning the heating element was still heating even without the dryer running,i could not believe the heat in the laundry room, i touched the back inside of the dryer and burnt my fingers, what do i need to replace, thanks
