Question About Whirlpool Clothes Dryer WED9200SQ0
I have a dryer model wed9200sq0.dryer will run but...

I have a dryer model wed9200sq0.dryer will run but no heat.I only get 68 volts to the heating element.I have checked the heating element,thermal cutoff,thermostat,fuse.They all check good.Can you please help.
