Dryer was running in touch-up mode. I hit the Pause button and opened the door. Chimes went off, sounding like a galloping horse. Now, the Control Lock button and the Pause/Cancel button will not respond to anything (they seem like they are depressed and will not spring back). Power button does nothing. I have tried unplugging for several hours, to no avail. The drum light will come on when the door is opened, but that is all. Can you help?
