Question About Tricity Bendix Washer AW1202W
help machine wont work no spin/fill...

My washing machine wont fill with water or spin, ive checked and cleaned the filters and outlet pipe it just keeps making a humming sound, the belt is not snapped and turns manually, not too stiff so i have no idea what it can be, any ideas? advice much appreciated, Sabrina.
