having problems with spinning programmes 5 & 10 wh...

having problems with spinning programmes 5 & 10 when it gets to these programmes it tries to spin but then slows down as the programme advances the motor fails to pick up to full revs the washing side of it is operating fine have you any idea of the problem ?
