Bendix BIW 103 - Machine starts spin cycle, DOES LOAD BALANCE ETC AND STARTS FAST SPIN. Spins cuts out as it gets up to speed and then cuts outs and finishes cycle. Whwn I remove belt and start spin programme the motor completes cycle as programmed. It appears not to complete ungder load! Any suggestions
