4 I got it from Singapore's web site. The advantage of having travelled.I was in Singapore in 1989 and they use similar washing machines. Asians like these type of machines. So, I guessed that they would have the Toshiba AW-8970ST. The last character of the model number must indicate the country. T = Thailand S = Singapore Regards Keith Zhao Ban Chang Rayong Thailand I found this manual. Toshiba AW-8970SS_Owner's Manual.pdf
