Question About Toshiba Washer AW-7480EM

My error indication keeps appearing , i.e. all four led lights on (wash, rinse, overflow rinse & spin) and linear water level at 34L. The manual said I should close the lid, which I did, but it keeps appearing. hence my load was not spin-dried at all.
