Question About Groupe SEB USA - T-FAL Iron PROTECT
loose wire...

i have a loose wire where the cord from the iron meets the base and therefore the iron wont heat up or let me use the steam function unless i hold the wire in a certain place. how do i get the base off to fix this lose wire?
